Pre-sale service and after-sale service

Ⅰ Pre-sale service

The pre-sale service scope of the company covers the whole process before the elevator signing:

1. Provide customers with various consultations on elevators, make recommendations based on customer needs and provide the best solutions;

2. After the customer signs the confidentiality agreement and the power of attorney, he will make a written quote.


Ⅱ Sales service

1. Provide detailed elevator construction plans or design elevator drawings according to customers' existing elevator shafts;

2. Sign an elevator contract to provide further technical support;

3. When the elevator is delivered, handle the elevator registration procedures with the Technical Supervision Bureau;

4. Provide quality and efficient installation services until the elevator acceptance.


Ⅲ After-sales service

(Ⅰ) 12 months after the acceptance of the elevator to provide a complete free maintenance service, 24 hours a day warranty repair service;

(Ⅱ) During the exemption period, non-natural disasters and human factors will cause free replacement of all parts of the elevator;

(Ⅲ) After the expiration of the warranty period, it provides a complete lifelong maintenance service for the elevator.


1. Complete coverage of maintenance

(1) Accessories: In addition to traction machines, motors, inverters, PCs, rotary encoders, electronic boards, wire ropes, cables, and car decorations, they are responsible for all other accessories that are damaged due to quality reasons.

(2) Staff: if required by party a and accommodation is provided, maintenance personnel can be assigned to on site for 24 hours.

(3) Carry out maintenance work once every two weeks, make records and prepare files for inspection.

(4) Carry out a comprehensive overhaul every quarter, remove the hidden trouble in time and keep the elevator running smoothly.

(5) Responsible for the 24-hour emergency repair service, urban guarantee within an hour to be on site to deal with the fault.


2. Simple maintenance

(1) The spare parts are provided to customers at the company's internal price to ensure the supply of goods.

(2) Carry out maintenance work once every two weeks, make records and prepare files for inspection.

(3) Carry out a comprehensive overhaul every quarter, remove the hidden trouble in time and keep the elevator running smoothly.

Ⅳ Other services

1. Elevator intermediate repair service

After three years of operation, all elevator parts are aging or deformed to a certain extent. Some vulnerable parts need to be replaced. In this case, we recommend that you carry out an intermediate repair for the elevator. According to the use of the elevator, we will make the list and quotation of corresponding maintenance items. After the intermediate repair of the elevator, there will be a significant improvement in safety and comfort, and its effect is comparable to that of the new elevator.


2. Elevator overhaul service
The elevator needs a major overhaul after five years of operation. 3. The annual inspection

Annual inspection of elevator, as an annual routine inspection project of the quality supervision bureau, mainly carries out comprehensive inspection on the safety performance of elevator. Our company is responsible for the maintenance and measurement before the annual inspection to make all the indicators meet the national standards. Then we report the inspection to the quality supervision bureau, and transferred and accompanied the personnel of the quality supervision bureau to inspect a series of work.
